A factory trial is most useful when the buyer and manufacturer agree on the test material, drawings and measurement method in advance. The aim is to verify a defined production task under observable conditions.

Agree on the test conditions

Send the material grade, bar sizes, drawing revisions and typical batch quantities before the visit. Ask whether the required machine and material will be available. Define who supplies material, how samples will be measured and which machine configuration is being demonstrated.

Record more than finished quantity

Observe feeding stability, straightening, bending, cutting and collection. Count acceptable parts and note interruptions, adjustments and changeover time. A short demonstration should not be treated as a guaranteed daily output for every shape. Compare performance only under matching conditions.

Turn observations into a written checklist

Record the machine identification, configuration, included accessories and trial results. Resolve any deviations before shipment and confirm the packing list, manuals and training arrangement. A signed technical specification provides a clearer reference than verbal statements about accuracy or speed.
